Essex Child Therapy

As an NLP4Kids Practitioner, I work with families every day initially in a free consultation session. From there, I create a plan of action that will take us on a journey from session 1 to our final session together. During this time, you and your child will learn strategies and techniques that can be used to help manage behaviour, emotions and to create a more positive mindset. Typically, I work with children aged over 7 years, but I can work with parents of younger children to help steer you in the right direction too. My skills come from NLP, which is a form of cognitive behavioural therapy and also includes aspects of psychotherapy and counselling. In addition, I am also a qualified hypnotherapist. In addition to my coaching sessions with children, I also work with parents and other adult groups. I often work in schools delivering sessions to pupils and teachers and am sometimes lucky enough to access funding from a not for profit company called Superheroes, whom I am a member of. This enables me to deliver community workshops to families who might otherwise not benefit from my services.
