All of our teachers are fully trained exercise professionals and our courses have been carefully designed to teach you safely and effectively. You will come away fitter, with some new friends and a whole new sense of confidence. We offer six week courses for a range of abilities from beginners, to advanced as well as a four week striptease course. If you want to just give it a try you can book one of our taster sessions. If you are looking for a more fun approach, our private parties make for a great birthday party. They are also an excellent way to start your hen party, breaking the ice with a giggle.
