I realise it's hard to always find the time to keep fit in this mad, busy world of ours, but we all know how essential it is, especially as we get older. My mantra is Live Laugh Train, as I believe training (exercise to you and me! ) should be part of your life, but only in its place. After living life and laughing that is... I am available to train on a one-to-one basis or in small groups,including families. I love to train outside in one of the many beautiful green spaces in North London,but am equally happy to train clients in their homes/another location of their choosing. I offer 1 hour and 30 minute sessions ( £50/£25) with a reduction in cost if you book a group of sessions upfront.
