I am an experienced forester working from my home in Foyers. I travel throughout the Scottish Highlands and practice in all areas of forest and tree management, including woodland creation and tree planting, timber harvesting, restocking after harvesting, tree health surveys and a wide variety of environmental projects. I provide services to farmers, crofters, woodland owners, private individuals and forest management companies. In fact, anybody who owns trees or has an interest in managing trees. I am well-versed in GIS skills and provide a fixed-price service for producing a wide range of maps, including those required for felling licences, forest plans and grant applications. This should be useful if you are a busy forestry consultant and need some outside help with maps while wanting to avoid budget-breaking expenditure. I also plant trees and undertake other subcontracting work. No job is too small!
