After 12 years in the game, I retired from my Rugby Union career and began working as a personal trainer. Helping you to achieve your fitness goals, whether that be to lose weight, tone up, or build muscular endurance. I work with clients on a one-to-one basis, tailoring nutrition plans, work outs, and lifestyle change recommendations to the individual.
