TBA Protective Solutions manufacture products and offer services for EMI and RFI shielding, static control, magnetic detectables and ATEX compliance. For EMI shielding products include be/cu fingerstrip gaskets, metal loaded rubber gaskets, knitted wire mesh gaskets for important gap filling on enclosures. Copper tapes and shielding vents are also available. Conductive or Shielding Coatings can also be applied to most plastics, TBA offer conductive coatings, shielding coating and static dissipative coatings. A permanently conductive transparent graphene coating is also available as an alternative to finite ITO coating and can be sprayed directly onto the product for ATEX compliance. For injection moulding or extrusion, TBA's range of conductive and static dissipative polymers are supplied as compounds, with small lots available. For shielding, TBA's stainless steel fibre masterbatch is added to the base polymer. Typical applications are shielded boxes, castors and floor tiles. For a safe handling area when using static sensitive devices, TBA offer a complete range of anti-static products. From conductive boxes and bins, to complete work stations inlcuding conductive matting, wrist straps, cords and grounding plugs, TBA can also offer static audits to ensure a safe working area.
