Choosing Change

Choosing Change offers professional counselling and a bespoke independent addiction therapy service that promotes and facilitates recovery, psychological wellbeing and personal development. The Counselling service offers a warm therapeutic space for people coping with anxiety stress, loss, grief and depression as well as many other presenting problems. Choosing Change is for anyone who would like some support through a process of change that they are either contemplating, have already chosen or feel has happened to them. I have a particular interest positive successful ageing. As an Addictions Therapist, I am qualified to work with various addictions and health related behaviours, but I specialise in alcohol. I am also a qualified and experienced smoking cessation practitioner. Choosing Change practices out of Christchurch and Wimborne making it accessible to people across East Dorset. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
