On Your Guard Self Defence teaches Shen Tao Combat a very effective system of self defence based on the martial arts of Ju jitsu and Wing Chun. Aimed at all adults aged 18+ and suitable for all levels of ability from beginner to advanced. We run weekly classes in Carlisle and offer optional gradings from white belt to black belt and beyond. Our chief instructor Mike Kirkpatrick is fully qualified, fully insured and is CRB checked. Classes are friendly, non competitive and you are fully supported throughout each training session.
