As we develop we absorb the beliefs of those around us, we become fearful of our limitations and create beliefs about ourselves, and the world we live in. Often those beliefs are negative and keep us stuck in a cycle believing that we don’t measure up to our own, or other’s, expectations. The result? We live in a world of fear, lacking, and powerlessness. Unless we choose to do things differently! Awareness is at the heart of being genuinely the very best you can be.
