At The Wellbeing Centre we offer a wide range of affordable, well-revered holistic massages, treatments and therapies from within a friendly environment including support for your emotional wellbeing through established counselling methods, to aid with personal development and mental health. Our therapies are complementary to conventional medicine and work well alongside any treatment your GP or Consultant may prescribe. Therapies available include Acupuncture, The Alexander Technique, Aromatherapy, Bowen Therapy, Chiropractic, Counselling, Craniosacral Therapy, Cranial Osteopathy, EFT, Homeopathy, Hypnotherapy, Kinseiology, Life Coaching, Massages, NLP, Nutritional Therapy, Osteopathy, Reflexology and Reiki. In addition we host a range of yoga and meditation classes, mum & baby classes, host various community groups as well as a running a regular variety of self-development workshops & events.
