I offer a full personal training service for Maidstone, Kent and SE London. I cover weight loss, muscle gain, specific event training and am one of a limited number of personal trainers in the area with a diploma in Exercise Referral, meaning I am trained and insured to train clients who suffer from type II diabetes, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia ,asthma and COPD, osteopenia and osteoporosis, arthritis and back pain.

All of my programmes are individually tailored, and designed for the client to get as much benefit, and as importantly, enjoyment out of the process as possible. I offer nutritional advice where needed, and use various apps to monitor progress and provide encouragement.
