With this service we provide display boards with our contact details where all calls go through to our 24 hr control room. Alongside this service we provide Alarm Response to your building/home via your monitoring company. This 24 hour facility ensures that fully trained staff will immediately respond to alarm activations, and where necessary, liaise with alarm companies and police. This service offers you peace of mind that when your business/home is vacant we can access your property 24 hours a day 7 days week in an event of a break in or fault on your alarm system. As soon as the Control Room is advised of alarm activation, a member of the key holding team is despatched immediately to the customer’s premises and on arrival will carry out thorough security checks in an attempt to establish the cause. In the event of a break-in, the key guard will arrange, where necessary, for the ‘boarding-up’ of windows and doors after liaising with the police and the alarm company. The property will be left secure at all times and, if necessary, static guarding can be arranged to cover contingencies of a more serious nature.
