Welcome to GYM 01 Gym 01 brings you all of the Martial Arts and Fitness training you could want, all under one roof! We have taken the best coaches in their various styles including MMA, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Tae Known Do, Thai Boxing and more and created a facility where EVERYONE can train together, regardless of ability, age, sex and fitness. Children are welcome to join from 8 years upwards. Adults of all ages are welcome to participate, and we actively encourage families to come along too. Not only do we offer the various martial arts styles, you can also join in on any of our Circuit Training, Legs Bums and Tums classes or maybe some Just Abs is for you? Please browse the site, take a look at what we have to offer and then come and see us. Only a small portion of people from Gym 01 choose to compete. Most members are just like you, looking to improve their fitness, self confidence or esteem, or maybe just looking to expand their social circle.
