All classes are run using the skills and experience of the British Military. Mission To provide a challenging, fun and motivating outdoor exercise classes within a family atmosphere. Description Based in various parks in and around Canterbury, Whitstable and Thanet, we run group exercise classes for all ages and abilities with a military twist - outside with the elements. Classes are fun and challenging and are the best alternative to those ordinary gym routines.
