Kickboxing classes for men, women and children, from age 4 to adult, every Sunday, 6 - 7 pm at the Midlands Arts Centre, Cannon Hill Park, Edgbaston, Birmingham, opposite the County Cricket Ground. All fitness levels and kickboxing styles catered for. Only £6 per session for adults and £5 for children. Can also provide private one-to-one tuition and self-defence classes at reasonable rates. Instructor is a blackbelt, with many years'' experience of amateur and professional fights, and is accredited to the ISKA (International Sports Kickboxing Association). Possesses a Self-defence and Instructor''s Certificate and First Aid Certificate. Can also train amateur and professional fighters for competition. Improves health and well-being, fitness, self-confidence, stamina and endurance, strength, and helps with weight loss, body shaping and is an excellent stress-reliever.
