The A1 Training Co was formed with overriding and simple philosophies - that of delivering competitively priced, high quality, jargon free training based on a common sense approach to common place injuries. We have regular open courses in Sunderland, Newcastle and Durham and are available to train throughout the Northeast As independent providers of First Aid courses and in addition to providing superb practical training, we give you excellent manuals to accompany the course and are also very happy for you to contact us at any point following the course, for clarification on any First Aid issues or concerns. We aim to equip you with the skills and confidence to know what to do should the unexpected happen. We use varied and practical teaching, illustrated with real-life examples, to help you to understand what you need to do and why you need to do it. Like the Red Cross and St Johns Ambulance we are approved and monitored by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) through Qualsafe Awards and our Paediatric courses meet all the requirements of Ofsted, Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework Pre-School Learning Alliance NCMA (National Child Minders Association) Sure Start NVQ in childcare and education
