The Extraspace Group has many years experience in the portable building industry, with the focus on providing innovative solutions to clients throughout the world. They are situated in Newchapel (Lingfield), Surrey. The company designs and builds all types of portable building, including flatpack, modular and anti-vandal systems. All buildings are designed by Extraspace and manufactured in one of their regional plants which include: Hull, Ankara, Istanbul and Slovenia. The products feature innovative design developments, making them ideal for constructions sites, schools and many other markets in the U, K. The company specialise in first response accommodation systems which are used to house displaced persons following natural disasters, war and civil unrest around the globe. The Extraspace Group are members of Constructionline. The company is managed by Nick Wren (Managing Director) and Andy Hall (Operations Director) who have been with Extraspace since 1986 and 1993 respectively.
