TEAL Support is owned by Mr Peter Clough, a Fellow of the Institute For Leadership And Management (ILM). Mr Clough has over 17 years experience as a Training Consultant working within the Public and Private sectors. He has taken previous Training Companies to the top of their game and was successful in taking TADS Training to win the South West Skills4Business Training Provider of The Year in 2006 at the last ever Skills4Business Awards. This award was due to the high levels of success and quality systems to ensure full support and flexibility in the training delivery systems. He went on to take them to attain the Learner of the Year Award in 2007. Mr Clough was also commended by Ofsted in 2008 for his Management of Change Strategies on behalf of TADS Training. By bringing together like minded professional Trainers and Consultants who have a sound working knowledge and experience of delivering staff development programmes and Management training programs, TEAL Support is able to deliver to a very high standard. TEAL Support’s flexible structure and shorter lines of communication mean that our trainers have more regular contact with each other. We are able to react quickly and “hit the ground running” to deliver an exclusive service wherever and whenever it is needed.
