We are a Traditional based Martial Arts School teaching Budo Arts in and around Truro, Cornwall. We aim, through training, to help balance both the mind & body, yes! There are modern combative applications, but there is so much more that training in Martial Arts has to offer. Being a Martial Artist is not just knowing how to throw a certain punch or strike, it is something that lives in the soul and helps us build a respect, not only for Ourselfs, but the World and the People that live on it.
