I also have an ‘open door’ policy for customers – it’s much better for clients to be able to call me numerous times about an issue than leaving it until the end of year when the problem could take a great deal more time to unravel, thereby costing them a great deal of money! Importantly, clients can also relax knowing that there are no unexpected bills for my services – speaking to me on the telephone is FREE. Advice is only charged for when agreed.
