ABC Fitness Ltd is a military style training company that provides a range of packages for physical training and team building. Our packages include residential fitness courses and corporate team building events from our training camp, situated in Swaledale, North Yorkshire, or onsite training for hoteliers. The first camp of its kind in the North East of England, ABC Fitness packages are designed to build motivation, confidence and further personal development whilst guaranteeing a structured weight loss programme developing muscle tone and increasing fitness. The idyllic settings, and exclusive accommodation, ideally balance the demanding training schedule with a luxurious facility for relaxation with health and beauty treatments available. Accomodation can be seen here. All instructors come from a military background and have a wealth of expertise to ensure that the training package will meet individual client requirements. ABC Fitness is aware that some similar camps promote themselves on the promise of weight loss and, as any fitness professional will know, physical activity, when supported by the correct diet, will result in weight loss. Our objective is to tutor our clients to be motivated for personal fitness and gain an understanding of a healthy diet so that ongoing development can be achieved after your Boot Camp experience. ABC Fitness will provide support for all our clients, once they have left the Boot Camp, through the members’ area of our website.
