Baby yoga is for parents and babies newborn to walking. 5 week courses are run daily around Broxbourne, Cheshunt, Hertford, Ware, Bungtingford and Royston. Classes are fun and informal with lots of songs and rhymes. Classes include gentle movements for babies with many physical benefits(may help with colic, wind, constipation, sleeping) and emotional benefits. Parents enjoy gentle stretches, toning including pelvic floor and relaxation. There is time for refresments and chatting to other parents at the end of the classes. No previous knowledge is required and mats, course materials and other essentials are provided.
