His achievements and experience include:

Development, installation and maintenance of effective quality management systems in new and mature businesses, with responsibility for the full range of the company's quality activity for multiple sites in the UK and abroad. Implementation of processes which comply with a variety of quality management system standards, UK and European (ISO 9001:2008 - QS 9000 - VDA), and the responsibility for the successful outcome of customer audits to the requirements of those standards, and unique customer and supplier needs. Liaising with customers and suppliers for quality planning; preparing and submitting inspection and test reports to support the introduction of new products; and customer complaints at all levels with UK and European customers; and working with customers in a variety of industries, including, the UK automotive sector, national and international railway networks, and the aerospace and defence industries.
