Under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations (2006), any non domestic property must have an Asbestos Management Plan in place. In addition to the management plan, legislation states that regular assessments of any asbestos risks highlighted within this plan must take place to ensure any Asbestos containing or suspected asbestos containing materials are managed and maintained. Any property due to undergo major refurbishment or demolition works must also have an asbestos survey carried out. As well as the initial asbestos survey we offer a complete project management service to assist you in the management of asbestos on your site. We can provide information on how to deal with materials which will remain on-site, through to management of asbestos removal projects.
