We are a small business which means we have the flexibility and agility to deliver what you want, when you want it, to small or large groups of employers or employees. Typically we like to work with anything up to 15 people in any one session, as we feel this gives us the ability to create an informal learning environment, rather than a ‘lecture’. Our background is in education and we have a wealth of experience gained from over a combined 40 years in a variety of settings.
