I work as a hypnotherapist in and around the West Midlands. This is a system that helps people stop bad habits, or make personal positive change. I use a number of different tools and techniques to get to the root of the problem and then neutralise the feelings. Because the root has gone this then allows the mind to accept the suggestions that the individual person wants. For instance losing or gaining weight, stopping smoking, more assertive and confidence, fears and phobias disappear. less stressed and able to cope in any setting with out getting anxious or angry. Hypnotherapy also helps with getting over relationships and moving on and forming new relationships, and many more areas.
