I am a qualified telephone engineer (37 years with BT),I can install or repair/renew telephone wiring and associated equipment. Fully trained on broadband I can provide support in this growing field. Fault on your telephone line/,worried about the minimum £130 caharge by the major supplier if the problem is inside your premises?,I provide a fault location and internal remedy or a letter confirming external fault on BT line for £50.00 (upto one hour labour included) and £20 per hour thereafter,I do not charge for socket replacement. I also offer free on-line advice. I am an approved telecomms contractor for major construction companies. My coverage area is,I am based in Betws y Coed and can cover around a thirty mile radius.
