Focused Care Ltd specialises in providing Live-in care to people with Spinal injuries in their own homes. Our primary objective is to provide the highest quality care to assist the client in living an independent life as safely as possible. We value our people as we believe our people are vital in ensuring that we maintain a high standard and excellent reputation as a quality care provider. In order to do this, we have specific company policies and procedures to guide our care workers and we actively encourage feedback, both positive and negative from our clients and care workers on every assignment. We also ensure that all our care workers attend a training course prior to being placed on an assignment and they are expected to undertake further training as required We operate to the highest ethical standards and our care workers operate in accordance with a strict company policy in order to provide a consistent and excellent service to our clients.
