My name is Laina. I am a fully qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, working in the fitness sector for the last two years. I work with my clients to help them achieve their personal goals including: • Weights Loss • Toning-up • Muscle Building • General Fitness Being a busy Mum myself, I understand the importance of having enough energy to get through the day and get things done! I am currently holding ‘Mums and Dads get fit and stay fit’ classes. The classes are a great opportunity to have a fantastic cardio vascular workout to increase fitness levels and tone muscle in a highly-motivational and energising environment.
