How did we over come this? Firstly we adopt a transparent pricing policy by listing all the things that would need to be carried out to complete a project and having each item individually priced. The second thing we put into place was the Change of Works form, with this document we can list any extras or unforeseen extras and have the work priced and signed by the client before we commence. Hidden costs can ruin a good relationship and jeopardize any future work for own company. 3.The work took longer than expected The project over ran and sometimes the builder never turned up. How did we over come this? Most builder are small one man outfits and take on more than they can handle, some unfortunately are just rouges and get a better offer. ibuild have access to a large number of skilled and professional tradesmen, and your FREE project manager is paid to make sure the project is completed within the given time and budget. We never start a project without the recourses in place at the outset. Unforeseen problems and extras will always impact on the time scales but this will be communicated with our clients on an ongoing basis through your project manager. All this sound expensive?
