Our standard charge is £30.00 per hour – discounts are available for contracts of more than 20 hours per month Virtual Central Guarantee: • All work under 3 hours received by 12pm returned by 12pm the following working day • Normal hourly rates are £30.00, with discounted monthly retainers available • ‘Urgent’ jobs accepted subject to a £25 administration fee • All data held in compliance with the Data Protection Act. Transcription Virtual Central offer a transcription typing service for clients who need reliable, professional and quick turnaround of documents Projects include; • Letters • Reports • Conference Transcripts • Correspondence • Dissertations • Thesis How long will it take? Audio transcription can take anything from 3-6 times the amount of audio to transcribe, particularly if there is more than one speaker or there is background noise. For a clear recording of one speaker it will generally take 3 times the amount of audio e.g. a 10 minute tape will take 30 minutes to transcribe. How much will it cost? How quickly can we work? Our team work on a one-day business turnaround – all work under 3 hours received by 12pm is returned by 12pm the following day – However, we are happy to accommodate ‘Urgent’ jobs subject to an additional fee. Larger projects are quoted at time of booking. How much will it cost? Our standard charge is £30.00 per hour – discounts are available for contracts of more than 20 hours per month.
