Sarah Aitken, Relax Shiatsu''s founder, is fully-qualified, with more than 5 years experience, and has developed her own intuitively dynamic method of applying Shiatsu techniques that simply has to be experienced to be understood. Her intuition and skills combine to respond to her clients'' specific needs to help them achieve a rebalancing of their mind, body & spirit. After some time learning and then developing her skills in the Far East, Sarah has now set up her home and business in the tranquil surroundings of the southwest of England.
